Positive: Very spacious place and great location. Host was very friendly and great at answering all questions. Beds were comfortable and there was ac in every room. Would definitely come back!
Negative: Steps as others have mentioned. I really didn't mind as much as I don't mind the exercise.

Positive: The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very clean. The host was very responsive and helped us carry all our luggage up to the apartment (it was about 120 steps). He was also super helpful with providing information, recommendations, etc. The view of Prague Castle from the rooftop terrace was amazing! We would definitely stay at the apartment again.
Negative: The apartment was amazing, but before making a reservation please ensure you are good with about 120 steps to get to the top floor where the apartment is located (there is no lift).

Positive: The apartment is big and comfortable. The location is good, extremely central, and communication with the owner goes smoothly and everybody was very helpful.
Negative: We were two families with kids, one kid still in a stroller. Carrying the stroller up and down the 4 flights of stairs was extremely tiring. Nowhere were the stairs mentioned. I feel this apartment would be great for families with older kids or a group of friends, but it didn't suit or needs currently. One thing that should be improved is the cleanliness. Although the bed sheets were pressed, the beds were full of some sand. Otherwise the apartment was clean and also provided every cleaning product you might need
